Handover / Inspection / Post construction

We want you to love and enjoy your new home. Before hand over, we will carry out a full quality assurance inspection. We also provide you with a comprehensive ‘Home Owner’s Manual’ which includes your warranty information, fixtures and finishes schedules, servicing & cleaning information, services diagrams and as-built drawings.

Our relationship doesn’t end when we hand over your keys to your new home. We provide a free ‘Health Check’ at 3 months and 12 months after completion so we can monitor your home during all four seasons of the year
