Tender & Agreement

Our competitive tender will include a comprehensive list of your selections, a detailed tender price, a realistic time frame for construction and a copy of the master builders BC4 contract. We spend time with you to go over the contract and discuss and other queries you may have regarding the build process such as changes and variations. Once you have signed the contract we arrange for all documentation to be submitted to council for approval.
